Squash
Squash, also known as squash rackets, is a game given its name for the feel of the hollow rubber ball that is used in play. The game of squash is quite similar to racquetball in that it is an indoor game that is played by either two players for singles squash or four players for doubles squash. In squash rules, all four walls are used similar to the way four walls can be used in handball or paddleball.
The squash equipment required to play the game include squash balls, squash racquets, and you may even want squash shoes. Since the game of squash is a very high impact game, purchasing shoes that were designed for squash gameplay can help ease pain that might otherwise be created in joints while playing. Not only will you need a squash racket, but it is also a good idea to buy replacement squash strings so that you will have some handy for immediate repair if you hit a squash ball so hard that the strings on your squash racquet break.
